Contestants make a splash at Youth Festival

APC hosts singing, instrumentals, acting, dance and battle of the band competitions

On the sixth day of the ongoing Pakistan Youth Festival held at Arts Council Pakistan (ACP) Karachi, outstanding performances of contestants in the finals of singing, instrumentals, acting, dance and battle of the band mesmerised the audience on Saturday.

Federal Minister Shazia Marri and Barrister Murtaza Wahab were also present on the occasion. Speaking at the event, Marri said that the youth need a free environment for development.

"Some people want to mislead the youth but today's youth is wise and will not be misled," she said

Marri further stated that Pakistan's youth want to see their country prosper. They know who is working for them and who is misleading them.

Present on the occasion, Murtaza Wahab said, we must work together to establish a smiling and safe Karachi. He said that such events are significant to organise to keep the youth active.

APC President Ahmad Shah said that our young generation is our future. After the Pakistan Youth Festival, we will come up with IT training for the youth. In the finals of the Battle of The Band, Singing, Instrumental, Acting and Dance finals, the contestants made a splash in the festival.
