Dog lovers on Sunday braced the cold and rain when they turned out in great numbers to witness a dog show organised on the lush green ground of Barani Agricultural University under the auspices of Pakistan Kennel Club.
More than 50 precious and rare breeds of dogs including German Shepherd, Labrador, White Weiler, American Stafford, Dobermann, Boxer and others stole the show.
More than 250 pet dogs became the splendour of the dog show. Dog lovers were all praise for small dogs. At the ground of Barani Agricultural University in Rawalpindi. There was also a walk, performance and beauty contest of the dogs. There were separate rings for German shepherd and all breeds championship.
Pet dog enthusiasts applauded the wonderful performances of dogs, while trophies and prizes were also given to the best performing dogs and their owners.
