LAHORE: The federal government has taken notice of the non-acceptance of the resignation tendered by the managing director of Pakistan Communications Industry (PCI), a subsidiary of Telecom Foundation, sources said on Wednesday. They said that Information Technology and Telecom Secretary Saeed Ahmad Khan took serious notice of the fact that Sardar Muhammad Arif Khan was inducted into PCI as its managing director on a three-year contract after his retirement from Telephone Industry of Pakistan (TIP).
