Two brothers, a teenager among eight injured resisting robberies

Armed robbers continue to strike in the metropolis without any fear and shot at and injured many citizens on their resistance in different areas of the city.

According to the details, armed men tried to rob citizens sitting in the vehicle within the limits of Gulberg police station. The citizens resisted on which the armed accused opened fire on them. As a result, two brothers, 20-year-old Muhammad Noman and 28-year-old Muhammad Hassan, were injured.

The armed suspects managed to escape from the spot.

The injured brothers were shifted to a nearby hospital.

In another incident, a man was injured in the firing near Nagan Chowrangi in the Sir Syed police station area. He was shifted to a private hospital. The injured was identified as 40-year-old Adnan son of Rahat Ali.

According to the police, the incident of firing took place during a robbery bid.

Armed men, riding a motorcycle opened fire on 14-year-old Ali Sher son of Gul Sher on his resistance in Nusrat Bhutto Colony within the limits of Khawaja Ajmer Nagri police station.

The injured boy was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Adeel Aslam, 25, was injured in Baldia Qaim Khani Colony area of Ittehad Town by unknown suspects. He was immediately shifted to Civil Hospital.

Armed men shot at and injured Javed Aziz aged 65 on his resistance in Buffer Zone.

He was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Armed men riding a bike injured Safeer, 27, at Sakhi Hasan Chawrangi in the jurisdiction of Shahrah e Noor Jehan police station. Safeer sustained a bullet on his thigh while a passerby 36 years old Mohsin was also injured in the firing. Both injured shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
