Service road

The Sindh High Court has sought a response from the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) and the Master Plan Department on a request regarding the construction of a service road adjacent to the FTC flyover.

A two-member bench headed by Justice Nadeem Akhtar heard the application for constructing a service road adjacent to the FTC flyover.

The court expressed displeasure over KMC not submitting its reply. Justice Nadeem Akhtar remarked that if the cases drag on like this, the burden on the courts will increase. The case has been going on since 2013. Their position should be made clear regarding the construction of service roads. The court sought a response from the KMC and the Master Plan Department.
