Yasir Hussain, father to his one-year-old Kabir Hussain with Iqra Aziz, is particularly delighted about Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor becoming parents to a baby girl. The actor jokingly said he’s now “ready” to see a reconciliation between the neighbouring countries.
On Sunday, the Javed Iqbal actor reposted the news of the Brahmastra couple’s baby girl on Instagram and wrote, “No wonder Kabir was so happy today,” but that wasn’t what the amusing part is. Yasir being his true comical self, continued, “Now I’m ready for a friendship between the two nations [Pakistan and India].”
The celebrity couple was spotted arriving at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre in Mumbai on Sunday morning for the delivery, Pinkvilla reported.
News of the couple welcoming their first child was also been confirmed on Alia's Instagram. A post uploaded on the photo-sharing app moments ago reads, "And in the best news of our lives: Our baby is here and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love. Blessed and obsessed parents! Love, love, love, Alia and Ranbir."
