Warders passing-out held in Haripur

HARIPUR:

Man receives training throughout his life, but the first training of his life is of utmost importance. Newcomers of any organisation benefit from their first training.

These views were expressed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Additional IG Prisons Hamidur Rehman as he addressed the first police passing-out ceremony held at the Haripur Central Jail’s training academy.

Jail Police Academy Commandant Fauzia Taj presented the welcome speech.

The Additional IG said he was delighted to attend the first passing-out of the academy.

“The youngsters of any organisation benefit from their training. Based on this training, youngsters start working by accepting their responsibilities,” he said, adding that the aim of prison police training was crucial because it instructed them on how to take care of inmates in accordance with the fundamentals of human rights.

He said their department will cooperate with the K-P Government in making the academy functional. “Trainers are a crucial part of every training."
