The Sindh High Court (SHC) has disposed of the petition on the recovery of the petitioner, former member of the National Assembly, Nisar Panhwar, who had filed a petition regarding lifting of the ban on MQM founder.
The petition related to the disappearance of the petitioner was heard in the High Court.
The lawyer informed the court that former member of the National Assembly Nisar Panhwar has returned to his home, on which the court disposed of Nisar Pahwar's disappearance petition.
Mohsin Pahwar, the son of Nisar Pahwar, the plaintiff in the case, had taken the position in the filed petition that Nisar Pahwar had filed a petition to lift the ban on the MQM founder. On the night of August 30, Nisar Pahwar was arrested from his house by the law enforcement agencies. Nothing is known about my father yet, he mentioned in the petion.
