Twitter has redesigned its Spaces with a new interface and launched its Labs tab for live and recorded Spaces, including popular podcasts. The feature is currently only available to Twitter Blue members on iOS applications.
The company had been planning to add podcasts to its Spaces since March after developer Jane Manchun Wong noticed it in the Twitter code. The platform tested out the new update with a handful of users on iOS and Android.
The new tabs feature on the platform now separates categories for current and upcoming Spaces, as well as the Stations section that groups podcasts and Spaces under similar themes.
Currently, the feature is only available to iOS users who've subscribed to Twitter Blue, but Android and web users will have to wait for its rollout in the future to get the Podcasts.
