Three girls, one boy secure top three positions

The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the results of SSC-II Annual Examinations 2022 for Science, General Group and Special Students.

All the top three positions in science and general groups have been secured by female students, while a male student also bagged the first position in science group.

According to the results, Abdul Rehman son of Abdul Hafeez, a student of Islamic Institute of Education, has secured the first position with 1073 marks out of 1100 (97.54 per cent) in Science Group.

Rabia daughter of Imran Chhapra of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Secondary School secured second position by obtaining 1069 marks (97.18 per cent) while Alizah Samdani daughter of Imran Samdani of St. Joseph's Convent High School and Rameen Zubaidah Jamal Ahmed of Federal Secondary School, FB Area, secured the third position with 1067 marks (97 per cent).

Similarly in General Group, Midhat Aslam of Bagh-e-Halar Girls School, Nishtar Road, secured first place with 1012 marks out of 1100 (92 per cent ), Hafiza Minhal Ejaz of Tour Guide Grammar School, Khada Lyari, got second position with 1008 marks (91.63 per cent) and Hiba Zia Ziaur Rehman of Citizen Secondary Girls School, Bath Island, got third position with 1004 marks (91.27 per cent).

In the matric examination of special students, Kamal Kumar of Absa School for Deaf, Korangi Road, DHA, stood first with 90.8 per cent), Maryam Aziz Ahmed of the same school stood second with 89 per cent and Farah Izhar Ahmed of the same school secured the third position with 88.8 per cent.

A total of 97 students appeared in the examinations for special students out of which 96 passed, the passing percentage of results remained 98.96.
