MULTAN:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan said on Thursday “the imported rulers were running away” after sensing their crushing defeat in the by-elections.

Addressing a large rally in Multan in connection with the campaign for NA 157 by-election, Imran said that in July the PTI won the by-election on 20 seats of Punjab despite the worst rigging by “Mr X, the Election Commission and then Punjab government”.

The PTI chairman told the rally that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and its allies in the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) were running away from the by-elections later this month, because they were scared of their defeat.

“Now, more wickets were to fall on Sunday and on 25th September [by-elections]. I had to give them a 9-0 score despite their rigging,” the PTI chairman said. “Fearing defeat, they took the wickets and run away. Now, they are trying to remove Imran Khan from the match.”

Imran said that he would continue his struggle until Pakistan was “made a truly independent country”. He added that he was ready to talk to everyone but not with the “corrupt imported rulers imposed through foreign conspiracy”.

“We have to free our country from these thieves who stole the country's money and stashed abroad, as we are controlled by these bandits, who make decisions on the orders of their foreign masters,” he added.

He said that the country was making progress during the PTI government’s tenure but it was toppled under a foreign conspiracy. “But we are not going to panic. I am determined that I will restore the honour of the green passport.”

He said that the imported government had trapped Pakistan in a swamp of debt, as there was a storm of inflation in the country, unemployment was increasing, industry was closing down and exports were declining.

“We will not beg. Instead of taking aid from foreign countries, I will ask 10 million Pakistanis [expatriates], who are our assets, to invest in the country. When justice prevails, the overseas Pakistanis will invest in the country,” he said.

Imran said that when he was in power, he was told to take the opposition along and now, when he no longer in the government, “it is being said that I should go and sit in the assembly”. But, he added, he could not sit with Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari.

Addressing the PTI candidate in the by-election, Mehr Bano Qureshi, Imran said, “I have held rallies across the country, but the number of women in the NA 157 rally is commendable.” He asked the people to vote for Qureshi.

Earlier, Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Mehr Bano Qureshi, Faisal Javed, Punjab Health Minister Dr Akhtar Malik and others also addressed the public meeting.

What about the promises you made 10 million jobs 5 million houses Ending of Corruption Increasing Reputation of Green Passport Foreigners will come to do job in Pakistan and the most important thing will commit sucide before going to IMF Hah One thing that you did and i appreciate is the building of Dams . I am the biggest supporter of dams in Pakistan not the mud dams which are easy to be broken by corrupt elites to cause floods and then ask for aid to feed their lifestyle but solid dams like those under construction and of course Kala Bagh Dam too. Coming to your point what is the difference between you and them They PMLN and PPP made false promises in the name of Asian Tiger and Roti Kapra Makan while you PTI made false promises in the name of corruption and national pride but you all politicians look same to me. This is the first time i will be registered as a voter as i am 24 year and i think this is the first time i think i will not vote for any party because you all make fake promises and i am tired of this repeated shit again and again. I think whoever comes will do corruption and if i am wrong The leader will close all assembly plants and ban import of all products and will start local manufacturing of cars bikes electronics weapons planes semiconductors and softwares etc. He will not go to IMF but will cut imports at massive level never seen before by anyone in Pakistan s history. Selling State Entities in good prices and then starting similar state entities again. Education books must be advanced to latest education standards which include teaching of electronics engines mechanics IT and mathematics at very very young age be it 2-3 class. Previous all books will be burned to produce electricity and sending students to other countries for education will be banned and also no one will go to other country for holidays it will be banned. You can only if you want to work in those countries. Number of Pilgrims will be reduced according to the forex reserves. And we will only pay back our debt and we will not take a single dollar from any country. We will force the world to shift their industries to Pakistan in exchange for strategic partnerships between Pakistan and them. Embassies around the world will be closed. Embassies will only open in those countries OIC and with those countries with whom we have balanced trade. If embassies failed to increase our exports then those embassies will be closed. NUST UET PU PIEAS GIKI these will be closed if they fail to produce new inventions or innovations or the research that will improve our industrial manufacturing. And if these universities failed to create an impact on exports business these will be closed in that case too . Work Work and Work will be converted to Hard Work Hard Work and Hard Work. We must reach 100 billion dollars or more in exports untill 2028-2030 not through textiles agriculture but through industrial manufacturing and technological exports.
