Three people died of electrocution while four people were injured when the roof of a house collapsed in Baldia Town.
Zia Saqib 17, got electrocuted while sitting outside his home in Liaquatabad. He was immediately taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where he died after a few hours of treatment.
Waqar Javed, 21, died of electric shock near a bakery in Taesar Town. An unidentified man died of electric shock in Teasar Town. His body was brought to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal proceedings, nothing was recovered from the possession to help ascertain his identification.
Meanwhile, in in Baldia Town Naval Colony, a couple and their two children were injured when the roof of their house caved in. Rescue workers reached the spot and took all the injured to the Civil Hospital for medical assistance.
