Three burn cases reported

Victims include two children aged one and five years

Three people were burnt by hot milk and fire and rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.

Rescue 1122 sources said the wife of Mohammad Adnan, a resident of Fareedi Chowk Millat Town, placed a pot of hot milk on a table to cool it down. Meanwhile, her two children, five-year-old Merab Fatima and one-year-old Ali Akbar, fell on the hot milk pot while playing and were badly burnt.

They were shifted to Allied Hospital’s Burn Unit by rescue personnel after first-aid.

According to doctors, one-year-old Ali Akbar received 30 percent burns while Merab received 16 percent burns.

Meanwhile, 28-year-old Mehboob, a resident of Ghulam Muhammadabad, was badly burnt while eating and was shifted to hospital.
