The case was heard in the Special ATC of the Central Jail Karachi. The plaintiff, DSR Rangers, recorded an important statement against Uzair Baloch in the case. The officer, Jahanzeb Khan, appeared in court.

The Rangers officer, while recording the statement, said that Uzair Baloch had revealed that ammunition and weapons were buried in the garden during his arrest. Rangers recovered ammunition and weapons from the pinpointed location. He maintained that Tangers had obtained the 90 days remand of Baloch from the court after his arrest in 2016.

He went on to say that Uzair Baloch was the leader of the Lyari gang war. During interrogation, Baloch revealed that weapons and explosives were buried in the garden. The accused said he could point out the place where the substances had been buried.

On the identification of the accused, bullets, LMGs, rockets and launchers were found buried underground in the garden. He went further to say that grenades, ammunition and rocket launchers buried in the ground were also recovered during the operation.
