Delimitation irks BNP, JUI

Party leaders express concerns over the new constituencies

QUETTA:

Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) Chief Akhtar Mengal on Wednesday held a meeting with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Secretary-General Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri in Dubai and both sides expressed reservations over the delimitation by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in Balochistan.

During the meeting, both leaders congratulated each other on their victory in local bodies’ elections in Balochistan. They also discussed the current political situation and the delimitation of constituencies in the province. Both expressed concerns over the new constituencies.
