Sharjeel Memon meets Turkish Minister Selin Dursun in Ankara

ANKARA:

Sindh Minister of Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Memon has invited Turkish companies to start transport manufacturing plants in Pakistan, particularly in Sindh as he lauded Turkey's achievements in the transport sector.

The minister made the remarks as he met with the Turkish Deputy Minister for Transport Selin Dursun, in Ankara on Wednesday.

He further said that the Sindh Government is willing and ready to facilitate Turkish investors by means of entering into Public-Private partnership agreements and provision of subsidies, as required.

Memon also requested for information regarding specifications and designs of Turkish buses/mass transit vehicles with the Sindh Government at the earliest and invited the Turkish experts to visit Sindh to ensure progress on the matter.
