The Site Super Highway Industrial Area Police arrested two dacoits in injured condition after an alleged encounter near New Sabzi.
According to the spokesman for district east police, a patrolling police party signaled two suspects riding a motorcycle to stop. The suspects, instead of stopping, opened fire on the police party and tried to make their escape. The police returned the fire and arrested two suspects in injured condition.
The suspects were identified as Khanullah and Ameer Hassan. The condition of both the accused is said to be critical.
