ISLAMABAD:

Ambassador of the Netherlands to Pakistan Wouter Plomp has said youth are part of the solution when provided opportunities to think rationally.

He was speaking at the launching ceremony of Dialogue Pakistan 2022 organised by Pakistan Institute for Peace Studies (PIPS) on Saturday.

Talking about the Single National Curriculum (SNC), he said that the concerns about SNC must be addressed to make the syllabus inclusive.

“Dialogue Pakistan 2022” is the annual flagship event of PIPS in an effort to stimulate policy discussion on key issues related to peace and security in the country.

This year’s discussion themes include “the future of parliament, constitution, and democracy; Taliban’s Afghanistan, and challenges for Pakistan; the debate on freedom of expression: where does the problem lie?; and policy discourse on governance, and transparency.”
