Meeting reviews construction of IG complex

AIG South Punjab says police officials would visit the Secretariat next week for final selection of site

MULTAN:

South Punjab Secretary Services, Ms Nausheen Malik presided over a meeting on Thursday to review the progress of construction at the South Punjab Secretariat.

The meeting reviewed the progress on the South Punjab Secretariat projects and also discussed the proposed land for construction of the IG Complex.

Addressing the meeting, Secretary Malik said there would be separate system entry gates and security for the IG Complex. She added that the final selection of construction plans will be made in consultation with the South Punjab Police officials.

AIG South Punjab Imran Shaukat said that the police officials would visit the Secretariat next week for the final selection of the site. PC-1 of the project will be prepared after the transfer of land to the police department and the project will be handed over to the C&W department.
