Actors Hania Amir and Ali Rehman Khan, the leading pair of the upcoming Wajahat Rauf directorial Parde Mein Rehne Do, recently took to the roads of Karachi in style on the back of a truck! The duo danced their way in an open-back truck to the launch of their song Peela Rung at Lucky One Mall. Dressed in white, both Hania and Ali could be seen in videos shared to Instagram having a good time with the crew of the film, with the pair entering the venue to live dhol music.
Director Wajahat Rauf shared videos from the packed venue, captioning the post, “What an incredible crowd at the launch of our title song Peela Rung at Lucky One Mall.”
Hania donned an all-white pishwaas with a low-cut back, pairing it with a matching dupatta with silver embellishments. The actor kept her hair out of her face in a slick bun accessorised with flowers. Ali opted for a classic white kurta-shalwar combo to match Hania’s look.
The trailer for Parde Mein Rehne Do dropped late last month, and judging by what has been revealed so far, the film looks like a promising watch with an intriguing storyline. Following the struggles of a married couple, played by Hania and Ali, failing to get pregnant, and the societal pressures they face along the way, the Wajahat Rauf directorial appears to offer a hefty dose of drama with a fair bit of comedy sprinkled in. The film will be released across cinemas in Pakistan on Eidul Fitr.
