KARACHI:

Finders keepers, losers weepers is clearly an idiom that a certain local of the city does not believe in after he returned a huge amount of money found at Sir Shah Suleiman Road to the management of China Market.

The money was, in turn, handed to the Aziz Bhatti Police Station.

An official of the market management said that the money of a citizen, passing through Sir Shah Suleiman Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal , had fallen and was picked up by an anonymous local from the road.

He handed it over to the management of China Market, located in front of the Essa Nagri area.

The management of China Market immediately contacted Aziz Bhatti police station SHO Adeel Afzal and handed over the amount. The Aziz Bhatti police station SHO said that the money found on the road was in his possession and the rightful owner can collect it from him.
