Motorcyclist dies in accident

Police arrested the driver and were investigating the matter further.

LAHORE:

A 35-year-old man died and his minor daughter sustained injuries after a speeding ambulance hit their motorcycle on Walton Road.

The ambulance driver had reportedly lost control of his vehicle due to brake failure, and he hit the motorcyclist Waqas Tariq and his four-year-old daughter Ayat.

The victims received serious injuries, said SP of Traffic Asif Siddique. They were shifted to a nearby hospital where Waqas Tariq died. Police arrested the driver and were investigating the matter further.
