KARACHI:

A large number of people have arrived to attend the ongoing mass gathering of Tableeghi Jamaat, with the annual congressional meeting set to conclude tomorrow (Sunday).

According to analysts, the place for the procession at the tarbiatgah has fallen short of place due to the incredibly high number of the participants.

Countless convoys continued to head to the main venue even on the third day of the mammoth gathering.

The gathering saw speeches by renowned scholars on a continuous basis, as the attendees said special prayers.

On Sunday, the day will begin with a special sermon, followed by the directives for the day and a collective prayer.

Earlier, renowned scholars spoke about the importance of having complete faith in Allah. They said other than the Almighty no one can provide you anything or deprive you of it.

They were told that success and honour were with Allah alone, and that putting the daily obligatory prayers in order would set other affairs in life in order too.

The speakers also spoke about offering the obligatory prayers with a complete focus, saying it was a communication with the Almighty.

The attendees were told that living a life as per the rules set forth by Allah will put worldly life and the Hereafter at ease.

They said that life wasn't an end, but a transition that marks the beginning of another, everlasting life.

The speakers quoted from Holy Quran that those saved from the hellfire and entered into paradise were the one who actually succeeded.

They urged the participants to live a life desirable by Allah, and put the message across, terming it the purpose of their existence.

The speakers asked the listeners to not prefer this world's pleasure over those promised for the life in the paradise. They were asked to spend their lives pleasing the Almighty and exhibit being a Muslim in all areas of life, adding doing so will resolve all issues they were facing.

At the conclusion of the congressional meeting, hundreds of delegations will be formed for time spans of 40 days, four months and 12 months to put forth the message of the organisation at home and abroad.

Ahsan | 2 years ago | Reply Directives on the last day are not directives for the day but they are the directives hidayaat for the Jamaats group leaving in Allah s path. It is in line with the practice during early times when delegations leaving in Allah s path were given these hidayaat before their departure
