Talha Anjum of popular rap duo Young Stunners is trending on Twitter after his concert last night in Islamabad and we're here for it. Turns out someone threw an unidentified object -- claimed to be either a shoe or a bottle -- at the artist while he was performing and he refused to tolerate the disrespect.
A video of Anjum circulating on social media sees him lashing out at this person, telling them to come face to face instead of hiding behind a crowd, throwing objects. Although Anjum's 'mood' was 'ruined', as expressed by the celebrity while confronting the attendee, the Young Stunners did not get off the stage and carried on with their performance, as mentioned by concertgoers on Twitter.
Many are now lauding Anjum for calling out the uncouth behaviour while expressing disappointment at the way artists are treated in Pakistan. Sadly, several trolls are also body shaming him online, calling his threats baseless provided his 'physique'.

"If you don’t like an artist, just don’t go their concerts is it too hard to do? And not talha anjum putting these burgers in their place, king behaviour," a user tweeted while sharing Anjum's video.

"I saw alot of tweets and posts bullying Talha Anjum. Who are you to bully him? Instead of asking for respect for an artist, you are bullying him. Shame on you!" lashed out another.

While many praised Anjum's "battle in style," others called out the body shaming. "Body shaming Talha Anjum is the furthest you can go and you know it. Most of you can't say much else. All offense," tweeted one more.

"It wasn't a bottle, someone threw a shoe at Talha Anjum and I swear to God, I hate Pakistani crowds," sighed a frustrated netizen.

A user among others, also criticised Anjum for ‘being rude’. “Being an artist doesn't mean you have to be rude. You have to strengthen yourself before you become an artist, Talha Anjum, I don't know which of the fans said what, but you shouldn't have acted like that because you are not in the same place as them.”
But for those mocking Anjum's choice of words in the heat of the moment, a user clarified, "I am sorry but making fun of Talha Anjum for reacting quite naturally to a disrespectful audience isn't logical. How would you react if you were standing in front of thousands of people and some ill-mannered human did this?"
I am sorry but making fun of talha anjum for reacting quite naturally to a disrespectful audience isn't quite logical. Like man how would you react if you were standing in front of thousands of people and some ill mannered human does this to you? Apka bhi mood fuck hojae ga bro.

Another pointed out, “Celebrities are also human. If someone would've done that with me, I would’ve hit them back there and then, so Talha Anjum had much more patience than I do. Hats off!” Albeit, while most users continued to troll Anjum, several also lifted his spirits with memes that aren't in bad taste.

And some are already predicting the next song Anjum will write. "Talha Anjum's next song will be titled Bottle Attack with the lyrics 'bhare majmy mein botal se waar keya, mein ne jhele hein lafzon k waar bhi... etc'," tweeted a user. “Can’t wait for Talha Anjum to diss Islamabadis in his next song,” added another.

The Express Tribune has reached out to The Young Stunners regarding the matter and is awaiting a response.
Earlier, during his performance at the much-advertised food festival in Islamabad, Atif Aslam had to stop his concert midway to “save families from being harassed.” Conflicting reports also suggested hecklers in the crowd threw bottles at him, too, prompting the show to halt midway.
Here's hoping people understand the difference between expressing disagreement and showing disrespect. Take our advice and stop attending concerts of artists you don't like. If something offends you midway, go home, unless you are being harassed – in that case, speak up, always!
