Kidnappings: 6 women abducted in 24 hours

Six women were kidnapped during the past 24 hours in different parts of the city.


According to police officials, Saima, 15, was kidnapped by unknown persons from Chak No214-RB, while in Chak No55-JB accused Waheed and his two accomplices allegedly kidnapped Sadia, 21, at gun point and fled the scene. Meanwhile, in Chak No248-RB Muhammad Akram and his associates allegedly abducted Aasia, 17, and Shahid Iqbal allegedly abducted Iram Bibi, 19.  In another case, Azeem and his associates allegedly abducted Tazkiya Bibi, 21, from Sugar Mills Colony and Muhammad Azam and his three accomplices allegedly abducted Safiya, 15, from Chak No51-JB. Police officials have registered separate cases and investigations are underway in each case.
