‘World’s greatest heist is coming to an end' with Professor barging into the Bank of Spain in full force.

Netflix has released the trailer for its highly anticipated finale of Money Heist, La Casa de Papel part 5, volume 2, which is set to premiere on December 3. As the series comes to a close, the trailer for the last installment, which will feature five episodes, replaces Tokyo as the narrator with Lisbon, originally known as Raquel.

“You see the disappointed faces of people you failed,” she says at the start of the clip, as the Professor appears to gear up to ‘give up’ by barging straight into the Bank of Spain himself. But is it really giving up? Since Sergio, alias, the mastermind robber, always has a trick or two up his sleeves.

And given he always prefers to play hide and seek with the police and negotiates his way across, will coming out of hiding fare him well? We all know the character is capable of fooling us into thinking he is acting out of impulse but the trailer gives us glimpses into moments that may resolve the unending battle.

From Lisbon and Palermo being nabbed by the army to Denver and Stockholm reconciling, and Helsinki pushing Palermo to fulfill his promise to get both of them out of the place alive, one thing’s for sure, the series is bound to have an unforeseeable conclusion. But as long as “the world’s greatest heist comes to an end,” without disappointing us more than it already has, we’re good.

SPOILER ALERT

Volume 1 of the immensely popular Spanish series ended with Úrsula Corberó’s Tokyo dying after sacrificing herself in order to beat Gandia. Meanwhile, Álvaro Morte’s Professor and the gang remained stacked up in the Bank of Spain.

But mutual hatered brings closer what mutual love even can’t. So the end of season 4 united fans in their ultimate desire for Arturo to die as soon as possible. Nairboi’s death was the trigger but Arturo revealing himself is what turned the table for most viewers of the show. Arturo Roman or ‘Arturito’, played by Enrique Arce, has been omnipresent since the first season. So let’s see whether this volume brings everyone an ending they’re looking for, with justice.

So, are you excited?
