Sindh Minister for Irrigation, Jam Khan Shoro has issued directives to the officers of his department to make serious efforts for early completion of all ongoing schemes under annual development programme for 2021-22 and submit progress report.
Presiding over a meeting of his department, Shoro asked the officials to furnish a list, within a week, of those schemes which are likely to be completed so that arrangements could be made for the inauguration and invite higher authorities at the event.
He warned that slow progress or negligence towards the development schemes by the officers will not be tolerated. He directed the officers to coordinate with the stakeholders and remove hurdles, causing delay in the development programme.
