The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration has asked the public to take part in the `Eid Milad-un-Nabi Lighting Competition’ being arranged as a part of ongoing celebrations of Ashra of Rehmatul lil Alameen (PBUH).
A committee formed by the management will be judging the lighting competition, and will pick the winner – who will receive an Umrah ticket from the government – because of their efforts in decorating their home, office, building or mosque in the best possible way.
