Magisterial courts dismissed post-arrest bails of five accused including cleric Aziz in sodomy case, while the rest four for allegedly assaulting a woman in a rikshaw on August 14.
Cantt court was hearing post-arrest bail of accused Aziz whose video went viral a few weeks back wherein he was witnessed for sexually assaulting his student.
In his bail petition, the accused had contended that he had nothing to do with this case and he had been implicated in a forged case merely to humiliate and embarrass him.
He had prayed the court to pass directly to concerned quarters to release him on bail. On the other side, prosecution oppose the bail and implored the court that evidence is on record that the accused committed the offence.

Finally, after hearing detailed arguments, the magisterial court dismissed the post-arrest bail of accused Aziz.
Woman assaulted in rickshaw
The district court dismissed post-arrest bails of four accused allegedly involved in assaulting a woman sitting in a rickshaw on August 14.
The accused Usman, Abdur Rehman, Irfan and Atif ha argued that they were implicated in a forged case despite they had nothing to do with this case. While the prosecution opposed the bail contending the evidence are available wherein the accused were identified.
Another material is also available to establish the guilt of the accused. Finally, the court dismissed the post-arrest bails of the accused persons.
