A small industrial estate will be established under a self-financing scheme in Jhang district, Punjab Small Industries Corporation Regional Director Muhammad Ameen Owaisi said on Sunday.
He said that booking of industrial plots in various categories would continue till September 30, after which 521 plots measuring 10 marla to four kanals would be allotted in the estate through balloting.
He also highlighted that the estimated price of a plot is around Rs3.6 million per kanal. “The applicants will have to deposit half price of the plot at the rate of the Rs1.8 million per kanal estimate through pay order or bank draft in the office of the Small Industries Estate Jhang.
Later on, they can submit the remaining amount in four equal instalments within a year,” he added.
