The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has refuted a news report pertaining to postponement of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa local government elections for a year.
“It was untrue to hold the ECP responsible for delaying local government elections or agreeing to any such delay,” an ECP spokesperson said in a statement on Wednesday.
