A woman was allegedly gang-raped by three men who lured her to a house at Raiwind Road on the pretext of a job interview.
According to the First Information Report (FIR) registered on August 16, the survivor stated that she was visiting Lahore’s General Hospital to get medicines when she encountered the suspects Irfan and Farman.
“They asked me if I was a doctor to which I replied no. The suspects then asked me if I was literate to which I said no, but was in need of a job,” the FIR stated quoting the sexual assault survivor.
The police report further stated that the accused had taken the victim's mobile number and a few days later, asked her to visit Mir Chowk, Raiwind Road area for a job interview.
Reportedly, the suspects also told the woman to bring along Rs140,000.

I took a rickshaw and reached the place with the money, the complainant added in her police report. “They told me that the suspect Saleem was waiting for me at a house for the interview.” When the victim reached the house, the suspects held her hostage, looted her and then sexually assaulted her.
The suspects also allegedly made a video of the gang rape incident and threatened to make it viral if the victim ever told anyone about the incident, the FIR stated.
The complainant said the suspects after giving threat let her go. The victim later reached the chowk and called the police at helpline 15.”
Raja Jang, Kasur police had registered a case against the suspects.
