Suspect lured victim on pretext of giving him kites

CHAK JHUMRA:

A 14-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted under the pretext of giving him kites in Chak Jhumra on Friday.

In a case filed by Fakhr Hayat, a resident 202 RB Bhaiwala, stated that his brother 14-year-old was playing outside the house when the suspects Abdullah and Rehan took my brother to a place in Tufail Town under the pretext of giving him kites and raped him.

Millat Town police registered a case under Section 377 PPC and started raids to arrest the suspects.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Imran's 12-year-old son Abdullah was studying at a madrassah in Saifabad.

Reportedly, when other students went for a breakfast in the morning, Qari Omar of the madrassah grabbed Abdullah and tried to molest him, which he thwarted by making noise. Jhang Bazar police registered a case under 377 and 511 PPC.

Last month, A minor boy was allegedly sexually assaulted by a cleric in Nishtar Colony in a seminary.

The 11-year-old victim was undergoing religious training at a madrassah nearby his home.

On the day of the incident, the suspect identified as Irfan reportedly summoned the student to the seminary for cleanliness, where he allegedly raped him.

The suspect reportedly offered the minor boy Rs150 to remain silent over the issue. He also allegedly threatened the victim of ‘dire consequences’.

However, the victim went home told his family about the sexual assault incident.

The family informed police who arrested the suspect and registered a case against him.
