A magisterial court handed over five suspects to Hanjarwal police on four days physical remand and sent their two women accomplices into judicial custody in a case against a gang allegedly involved in abducting girls and forcing them into prostitution.
The police produced the suspects in the court and sought their physical remand to minutely investigate the case of abducting girls and forcing them into prostitution.
The statements of the girls rescued on Tuesday in Sahiwal could not be recorded, so the magistrate fixed the next date for the purpose.
The investigation officer (IO) submitted the initial report, stating that the suspect named Kashif was involved in abducting the girls through different tactics and taking them to Sahiwal and other areas.

The IO alleged that the wife of another suspect, Asif, was also running a beauty parlour and a brothel.
