HYDERABAD: The vice chancellor of the University of Sindh, Dr Nazir A Mughal appointed Dr Asad Ali Shaikh as the new director of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Dr Noor Mohammad Jamali was appointed the dean of faculty of Commerce and Business and Administration.
