Brightens up the mood

It also stimulates the nervous system to increase neurotransmitters. Meaning, that this magical drink can help our bodies relax while boosting our mood by eliminating any stress.

Boosts memory

Drinking coffee, especially black, may help enhance brain function, while keeping the nerves strong, thereby helping improve memory, attention, reaction time, and overall brain health.

Feeling extra tired when it wears off .. and more. Four cups of black coffee is not healthy for everybody for example it is debate-able matter whether it has implications for high bp patients
