KARACHI: Independence Day celebrations will begin with a flag-hoisting ceremony 8:30 am at the Mazar-e-Quaid. The ceremony will be performed by Governor Dr Ishrat-ul Ebad and Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah. The members of the provincial cabinet will be present. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has also planned programmes to mark the day.
