The court ordered Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to provide details of property owned by primary accused former president Pervez Musharraf.
It was reported earlier that the court had adjourned hearings on the case after the FIA delayed providing the court with details on assets of former president Musharraf.
For the case to proceed further, the trial court requires a complete report on Musharraf’s movable and immovable assets to be cautioned since he was declared a proclaimed offender for not appearing in the court as an accused in Benazir’s murder case.
Meanwhile, the court was informed that the chargesheet has been distributed to all seven accused in the case.
All seven accused will be indicted in the next hearing.
