Govt notifies transfer, posting of ED officers

The federal government on Thursday notified the transfer and posting of high ranking officers.

According to a notification issued by the Establishment Division, Captain (retd) Saeed Ahmad Nawaz, a BS-21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service working as an additional secretary for the Industries and Production Division, was transferred and posted as an additional secretary at the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division with immediate effect.

The notification maintained that Ishtiaq Ahmed Malik, a BS-19 officer of the Secretariat Group awaiting posting, was transferred and posted as deputy secretary of the Cabinet Division with immediate effect. Moreover, Muhammad Akram, a BPS-18 officer of the Office Management Group and presently at the disposal of the government of Sindh as a deputationist, was repatriated and directed to report to the Establishment Division with immediate effect until further notice.
