Industrial Relations: Labour Courts to be built in 7 cities

Initially complexes are to be built in Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Shahiwal, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Sheikhupura.

MULTAN: The Punjab government has decided to build Labour Courts and complexes in different cities of the province. According to district officials, the authorities concerned are preparing a feasibility report of the project. Initially, the Labour Court complexes are to be built in Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Shahiwal, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Sheikhupura. The government has sought tenders for land acquisition and has ordered the drawing of maps from district collectors of respective divisions in this regard.
