Three sustain burn injuries as gas cylinder explodes

The victims were transported to a hospital for medical treatment after the administration of first aid

Three people sustained burn injuries as a gas cylinder as a French fries cabin exploded in the Lal Kurti Bazaar area of Rawalpindi on Thursday.

Rescuee-1122 officials said that the gas cylinder on the stall suddenly burst owing to which three people sustained burn injuries.

The victims were identified as 36-year-old Jan Muhammad, 40-year-old Azeem, and 46-year-old Pervaiz Bhatti.

According to Rescue-1122 officials, the victims’ bodies were burnt around 50 per cent, 30 per cent, and 40 per cent, respectively.

The victims were transported to a hospital for medical treatment after the administration of first aid.
