A local court reserved on Wednesday the verdict on the interim bail plea of the accused, Abdur Rehman Afghani, who is on the run in the case pertaining to the murder of TikToker Muskan Sheikh and three others.
The South district and sessions court judge was hearing the plea at Karachi City Court. The court sought reply over the plea from the prosecution and reserved the verdict. The verdict is scheduled for announcement today on Thursday.
One of the suspects, Sawera, had acquired bail in the case while, Rehman had acquired interim bail.
Muskan had filed a report with the Quadabad police last year in June that Rehman and his honchos had barged into her house and tried to rape her during a power breakdown. Muskan had told the police that the thugs had tortured her for resisting them and left only when her cries for help alerted the neighbours.
Muskan Sheikh and Tick Tock stars Amir Khan, Rehan Shah, and Saddam Hussein were gunned down in Garden near the Ankalsaria Hospital on February 3.
