Bilateral Ties: Khar on first-ever visit to Turkey
Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said on Friday that Pakistan and Turkey were working together to convert challenges into opportunities for a better future.
Addressing a joint press conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Dr Ahmet Davutoglu, Khar said both sides focused on converting the political goodwill between the countries into more tangible economic projects. “We have agreed to start negotiations on a Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) and decided to explore the possibility of doing bilateral trade in local currencies.”

Why do you ask...have you a matrimonial proposal to make :-). But seriously, would you rather have a pretty, self-confident, intelligent and young Foreign minister or a dried up so and so. We show male chauvinism in disparaging people like Hina. Its about time to push our females, over 50 percent of our population, into the mainstream and forward positions.
Sure they'll make mistakes to begin with, but they'll learn from them. The next generation will advance faster. Look at Turkey, where Hina represented us. Compare the position of Turkish women to their Pakistani sisters and you will see the point I'm trying to make.

Foreign Ministry isn't the learning stage Job, there has to be an experience and proper educated person not the one who has hotel Management experience :s ... this is amazing perhaps we will see a texi driver becoming Minister for Law and Order :)
