PM Imran has 'fully recovered' from Covid-19, says Senator Faisal Javed
Says premier resumed work gradually and started building up work routine as per doctors' instructions
ISLAMABAD:
Senator Faisal Javed Khan said on Tuesday that Prime Minister Imran Khan had "fully recovered" from coronavirus in a tweet on Tuesday.
The senator maintained that the premier had gradually resumed work and had started building up his work routine as per doctors' instructions, and in line with national and international guidelines.

Two days ago, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Faisal Sultan had announced that the premier had made "steady clinical recovery".

"He had been advised that he may resume work and build up his work routine over the next few days. This is in line with national and int’l guidelines,” he added.
The premier had tested positive for Covid-19 on March 20, two days after he had received the first dose of the vaccine.
However, the Ministry of National Health Services also clarified that the premier was "not fully vaccinated" when he contracted the virus. The ministry added that only the first dose was administered, which is "too soon for any vaccine to become effective".
