Women, disabled persons get special quotas for vaccine

10 per cent quota be made available for people living in tribal districts

PESHAWAR:

K-P Social Welfare Minister Hisham Khan has announced that the government is working hard to provide special quotas to women and persons with disabilities in the government sponsored vaccines. A circular shared by Chief Minister Mahmood Khan's office has demanded that special measures should be taken to ensured special quotas for the aforementioned people. It requested that 10 per cent quota be made available for people living in tribal districts, two per cent for persons with disabilities, 10 per cent for women and 15 per cent for government employees. The circular also demanded quotas for militancy hits areas.
