Citizen shot at, over personal enmity

ISLAMABAD:

A man was critically injured in a firing incident that occurred in the Islamabad Capital Territory on Saturday.

The injured was identified as Montazer Abbas, a resident of Mauza Chappar.

In a complaint registered with the Nellore police station, it was said that a person named Munir had an old enmity with Montazer Abbas. The police were told that Munir along with his four accomplices attacked the victim and then all suspects fled the scene. The police said they had registered a case against the suspects and a hunt had been launched to arrest them.
