Two fire incidents were reported in Karachi on Thursday.
A junk shop was gutted in fire in Baldia Town, in the limits of Saeedabad police station, in the wee hours of Thursday.
According to area residents, the firefighters reached after the delay of 25 minutes and had the help arrived earlier, the damage could have been minimised. However, a fire department spokesperson maintained that firefighters had reached the spot timely.
No casualties were reported in the incident. The cause of the fire couldn't be determined till the filing of this report.
Meanwhile, another fire broke out in a dairy shop near Safoora Chowk in Zehra Nagar.
