Tanzara Art Gallery in Islamabad will hold an art exhibition today (Thursday) featuring the works of renowned Shanghai-based Pakistani artist Irfan Cheema.
According to an official outlining event to be held at the venue, an art exhibition, music, reading, mural paintings, mime, live art, crafts display and various performances will be hosted at the gallery.
He explained that theme-based paintings will be displayed, including crafts work. A total of 26 paintings will be on display which can best be described as beautiful and attributes such as pattern and decoration, nature, sensuality and clarity of colour can be visualized.
Cheema is known for his timeless still life paintings and he is a classical realist artist who has the magic of capturing the essence of the vignette that he replicates on.
