QUETTA:

Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau on Thursday ordered action against doctors working in Kalat district for not being present on their duties.

He made it clear that no negligence will be tolerated in this regard.

While presiding over a meeting to review development projects, he urged concerned authorities to devise a system to monitor the progress of uplift projects in the province.

Langau highlighted that the provincial government is spending a huge amount of money which will usher in a new era of development and alleviate the deprivations of the people.

He added that no compromise will be made on the quality of the projects and they will be completed in a timely manner. “We will ensure that the fruits of these projects reach the maximum number of people.”

The participants of the meeting gave detailed briefings on ongoing and new development projects in various fields. Langau directed concerned authorities to visit the field and inspect the development works themselves so that standard construction work can be ensured in all cases.
