Crime: Two booked one held

ISLAMABAD: Two persons were booked for stealing jewellery from their employer’s house in Sihala area on Tuesday. Rashid Ali lodged a report with the police that Tasawar Hussain and his mother had stolen jewellery worth hundreds of thousands from his house. The police registered case and started investigation. Meanwhile, the same police arrested a man on charges of carrying an unlicensed weapon. The police said, they intercepted Fayaz Khan during patrolling on Java Road and seized a 30-bore pistol and five bullets from his possession. The police registered a case under arm-control law and started investigation.
